Anything you downloaded while subscribed stays licensed to you after you stop, without credit, in old and new projects alike. Cancelling closes the catalogue, not the work you already shipped.
They are part of an account, not part of a plan. They keep working if a subscription lapses; what changes is which animations you can download, not which ones you can keep a list of.
Paddle is the merchant of record and handles local tax, so the figure above is the one you pay, quoted where you are. Invoices and cancellation live in the billing portal on your account page.
It is generous on purpose and it is not promised forever. If it is withdrawn there will be 90 days’ notice, and it is written into the licence.
